The Desire Map changed my life. It changed the way I approach getting what I want and feeling how I want to feel. My life is one where I act with intention, am focused on my vitality and resilience, guided by my Core Desired Feelings – Full, Poise, Purpose, Radiance, and Whimsy.

To determine your core desired feelings you can do the programme on your own by reading the book or listening to the audio book. You can do it with others at a workshop. You can connect with a guide and do the work 1 on 1. Whatever the case, once you have done the work you have pinpointed your Core Desired Feelings and discovered a guidance system for your decision-making. A GPS for your soul.

THE DESIRE MAP allows us to look at our perceptions around “feelings” and goal setting. We examine how we drive and strive, and see where in our lives we experience freedom — and where we want more of it.
