After experiencing a rare autoimmune condition called Paroxysmal Cold Hemoglobinuria I was inspired to train for a 1/2 marathon. I ran it in 2 hours and 14 minutes in the freezing rain. I’m not fast but I enjoy how running keeps me fit and clears my head.
